Dear Etsy, Please allow sellers and buyers alike to post a response to neutral and negative feedback received, just as eBay has allowed. Feedback is very important to sellers and neutral/negative feedback postings can impact the future of their businesses. Buyers make decisions based on a seller's feedback rating and the ability to respond to neutral/negative feedback can be crucial, especially when the actions of the buyer, not the seller, are what resulted in the buyer's ill feelings.
