One of our own, Etsy seller and EtsyVeg member KrugsEcoLogic (SHOP LINK AT RIGHT), is in serious jeopardy of losing her established Etsy shop due to unfounded, vicious verbal attacks and abuse by way of feedback and in comments in the Storque. KrugsEcoLogic is a wonderful, caring, and conscientious seller with nothing but glowing feedback until this awful situation arose. She is now at the mercy of a vindictive buyer who has been on a mission to ruin her name. This buyer made unreasonable demands that KrugsEcoLogic offer her unrealistic wholesale conditions after she misinterpreted the terms stated in an email from KrugsEcoLogic. She also insisted that KrugsEcoLogic allow her to purchase the very LARGE number of products she wanted to, despite being told that the order was over and above the inventory KrugsEcoLogic had available at the time due to an upcoming craft show. Throughout conversations between buyer and seller, the buyer attempted to manipulate KrugsEcoLogic with threats should she not cave into the buyer's terms. KrugsEcoLogic refused, and has since been victim to the very harassment and abuse promised by the buyer. And this is not the only seller this woman has victimized! Many of KrugsEcoLogic's customers, after hearing of the awful abuse she has been at the mercy of, have left her wonderful feedback to support her and to refute the buyer (see feedback at http://www.etsy.com/feedback_public.phpuser_id=6003241). Why hasn't Etsy supported her, one of it's own sellers in good standing, in the same way Since the ordeal started, KrugsEcoLogic has been struggling to convince Etsy Admin to protect her from this vengeful seller wreaking havoc on her name, business, and livelihood, to no avail! The buyer has been able to leave 14 negative feedbacks AFTER the sale was canceled (against Etsy's own policy), and some have used her name, another Etsy policy violation. Despite bearing full witness of the clearly unfounded and irrational abuse KrugsEcoLogic has been encountering from this 'buyer', Etsy refuses to remove the feedback or stop this buyer’s relentless and violating behavior. Please help to wake Etsy up to the injustice of this abuse and the part they are playing in it! No action is the same as sanctioning such behavior on Etsy, and puts all sellers at risk of becoming victim to the same abuse. Please sign this petition, and forward it to other Etsy sellers you know and trust to do the right thing. Stand up for justice on Etsy, and stop this abuser's reign of verbal slandering and attacks on Etsy! PLEASE HELP- ACT RIGHT AWAY!
