If there is any chance to establish an Equity Committee to fight for the rights of the common shareholders at the court it would be great since shareholders are mostly the last in the chain that get satisfied.

Please consider an equity committee for common shareholders. I know a lot of power falls with big money, but I personally have a lot of my retirement funds in this and don't think i would ever recover from this equity being eliminated

Followed GT for the last 4 years or so, traded in and out. never thought it would come to this. GT has always innovated and stayed the course, and never shafted shareholders before. Hoping for a good outcome

25,000 Shares: I don't live any where near the court proceedings to volunteer for the committee. However, I do live in Southern California - near enough to Mesa AZ to volunteer to help inspect the premises and report to the committee on the preservation of shareholder assets.
