Hello Fellows,
GT Advanced Technology is a world-leader in Photovoltaic Solar Technology -- the stuff that Apple is trying to put on iPhone cases to help the battery last longer -- and the good stuff that individuals and Governments around the world are installing on rooftops and on street signage. Solar is a key to a sustainable, renewable energy-provided for future.
They're also THE global leader in Sapphire Crystal Growth technologies. And yeah -- its as cool as it sounds. GT Advanced Technologies literally grows crystals in high-pressure furnaces.
Right now, the company is doing very well as a going-concern. Now it is time for Equity Holders to stand up and say ENOUGH Shenanigans --- We SHALL HAVE REPRESENTATION in the court!
Thus, we must have an Equity Committee.
Sign this petition and I will forward this to the U.S. Trustee who is in charge of making an Equity Committee.
