What are the odds of a race horse breaking down and being euthanized and dragged of the track with a tractor. It happened to me in two consecutive races. Apple needs the money.

I'm not a day trader. I invested into gtat because if its solar technology and had been watching gtat since about 2008. The Apple deal was a bonus which I thought would facilitate the solar business. The lack of information concerning assets vs liabilities and the consequent ability for an investor to make a decision about whether to stay invested in gtat, or not, amounts to insider trading. There are a lot of speculators on the internet. Personally I will lose a lot of money on the stock, which isn't atypical as many have lost. We just want representation and would like to preserve common shares so we don't lose everything, if possible. And many still see value with gtat's solar technology, as well as the many, many boules that have worth, as well as the furnaces. Whether or not Apple is cupable in part, or not, or rather IF gtat management made a very egregious error in putting all its apples into saphire production and the fault totally belongs to them (gtat management) remains to be seen from a legal perspective. But we as common shareholders should have representation on the bankruptcy committee, rather than to have no say, on whether common survives.
