when I was home on vacation in Augest 2014 ....I stopped in afew times...... The people were arguing a lot,....I remember when I use to go home (I go ever summer home )it was so nice to go in there & see Linda & the rest of the staff.....they were always so polite & smiling & you felt good when you left there.....I like k.l. For the friendliness & politeness where ever you go ....it just doesn't give you that feeling any more at this place....they need to change their attitude if they wish to live among the good people of k.l. !!!!

They were rude to me when buying gas. Especially that short older lady with the glasses. They kept me waiting 10 minutes while they cleaned off the milk from a damaged bag on the counter. I only go there because it is close to work and on my way home....

When we go home to KL for a visit we now go to CT for gas and treats for the kids as we get nothing but rude people serving us, best bet is to just close that store cause it makes me not want to use any ESSO or MACs anywhere

Not to sure if they are trying to do a scam or whatnot, but the pay at the pump option 99% of the time does not have that paper feed to print out your receipt, a lot of people need their gas receipts if they travel for business and tax purposes and want this option, regardless its poor customer service. Along with the Nevada winnings is just plain ridiculous having to come back the net day for your winnings, or the owner trying to force a tip on large winnings. Completely rude and unprofessional. Let alone yelling at customers and being treated horribly..As soon as we hit enough signatures this will be forwarded to corporate, enough is enough. Maybe an episode of Undercover Boss Canada would teach em ;)

It's not Ellen Kavangh.... It's other Ellen but I dunno what's her last name anyways. She's the most asshole person I've ever seen in my life and she works in this store yelling and being an ass to customers lol?

I worked here for like 3 weeks and had to leave because if there unprofessionalism, and lots more reasons to long to name! Something needs to be done about this.
