As long as those owners/managers whatever you want to call them I will not go into either Macs gas bars in kirkland lake. Owners managers and some staff are very rude and should not be working with the public!!!!

most times there is no paper towels outside, no fluid to wash your windows at the pump. outdoor maintenance is very poor (never plowed) doors wont open because of the snow.

i am in support of any consumer who has been treated with rudness and direspect. This should not be allowed and there should be a written appology to this woman and this so called store policy , if there is one should be in the view of the customers to see it

Not to sure if they are trying to do a scam or whatnot, but the pay at the pump option 99% of the time does not that paper feed to print out your receipt, a lot of people need their gas receipts if they travel for business and tax purposes and want this option, regardless its poor customer service. Along with the Nevada winnings is just plain ridiculous having to come back the net day for your winnings, or the owner trying to force a tip on large winnings. Completely rude and unprofessional.

I found them so rude as well. I almost felt guilt for buying my gas there. I am always going to go Canadian Tire Gas bar after the way I have been treated at Macs even if I have to stay at home because I forgot to fill up earlier. The manager and the staff where arguing the last time I went in and I got crap from the staff member in front of the manager because I use my strip instead of the chip on the interact machine. I said I was sorry but the machine asked for the strip. The staff asked if I had a brain and if I did what was I doing listening to a machine. I paid and left. Never ever again.

I would also think it is unethical Judy and if they are doing that should probably be reported to the people issuing the Nevada license.
