Please let us have them every Easter broadcasting from Harwich again. WE, the listeners loved it. The DJ's had a ball. This is all part the of history of BBC radio. Lets keep it alive. This event was so popular with all generations of listeners. "THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME"...so sad. The guys are busting to come back.
Maybe its time for us all to email the boss at BBC Essex, Gerald Main?

Used to listen every easter with my dad. its a proper shame they stopped it. bring back the pirates!!
why do they always ruin the good stuff? just leave it alone and let the guys have their fun.
BBC Essex seriously missing a trick here. Everyone i know talked about it all week. BRING THEM BACK
Proper radio. Not like the rubbish they play now. Bring the pirates back to harwich.
