Thanks for everybody's support! Jennifer asked if this situation has happened to RN students as well. The answer is: no, only Psychiatric Nursing students are affected by the Ministry of Health's decision.

My experience as an ESN was crucial to develop my skills. Working thru summer break ensured I was able to practice what I had learned and led me to be able to keep up with the following semester.
