I have been digging into the league requirements and looking for the right people to contact at ESEA to finally get this going. Seeing how many people still play and love this game reminds me why I put this together in the first place.

Seeing this much energy behind the game truly takes me back to the nights I spent grinding in these maps with my friends. It is incredible to know that so many of you still feel the same pull toward this community after all these years.

YES! This game is simply fantastic for it's DM. The game is extremely balanced and resembles classic Quake 2 gaming in alot of ways. The gameplay is fast-paced and brilliant! Let's go, ESEA!

Okay, so clearly this game ranks up there in terms of skill right with the originals of FPS; Quake 2 and Quake 3 Arena. Not only this, but the Cyberathlete Amateur League and Verizon FiOS saw the potential it had, and eventually had a $100,000 tournament. For ESEA to NOT take this opportunity would be nothing but a mistake..

Being a mapper, doesn't seems right to cancel the work of many people who has contributed to the success of this great game, keeping it alive in spite of the endless technical problems arose after the SteamPipe update. We payed for the game, we spent months or years of work, without gaining anything, if not satisfaction. I think that the category should be at least respected.

If quake got so popular i really don't understand why this game isn't.
I can say with confidence that this is quake with better graphics so I don't see why it's dying.

One of the best MP games ever.. there is no ranks, no level up sys, no need to buy anything but the game itself, its fair, fast paced, and the ability to create new content like maps, models, textures, is worth to keep it alive..

This game was really fun to play but sadly it's being underrated and buried under overrated games. Shame on valve for letting it die.
