If the government actually cared about reducing carbon emissions and climate change then it should see that the people are already trying to do something about it by finding alternative methods of transport with the added bonus of reducing congestion. Legislation should be put in place to cater for single person electrically propelled vehicles. The advice behind this legislation should be taken from those that use them not on the advice of some bureaucrat that sits in an office.
