Erongo Red is forcing us to get other means of power. And will soon lose all customers. Your tarrifs are inhuman. Remember it's people you are ripping off. If you don't change u'll be out of business. You can believe that. Change in favor of the community or see your empire crumbling down.

I would like the Erongo Red to consider all the its stakeholders and know that, not everyone can afford the new prices, and I sincerely ask the management to reduce its tariffs.

The board must sit and review this high rate. They must also tell us and clarify the why there are no more difference between household tarrif rate and industrial tarrif rate. The board must inform us if there will be charges incured if a cliet/consumer want to upgrade his/her electrical meter since the meter rate differences is no longer apply.

This is unacceptable, they are robbing us. I cannot afford it. They give us a option to change to 20amps, but who said the 20amps can carry a household. Who will be responsible if my house burns down???

Electricity become soo expensive and the usage in minutes are even higher again, normally thou you pay high price usage are reasonably but now bought is critically high. At least bringing the usage to it's normally and and the 50% increase on some how both parties will benefit.
