This is terrible.

The tarrifs are too high. Not everybody om a 30Amps circuit breaker can afford these back-breaking tarrifs, especially after THEY had been "ADVICING" us to rather use the 30 Amps breakers. I'm sure a year ago they must have known what their future plans were while they were ill-advising home owners, unless ofcourse their planning is as non-existent as their customer service.

Inflation already makes it difficult for middle income people to survive, but now with this increase in electricity costs it will become impossible to survive.

So true. Erongo red is really killing us wth their new tariffs.as oer prepaid meters...we used to get 77 units 4 hundred dollars..now we get only 44 units the whole 33 is gone....

We cant afford the high electricity rates ..please reduce
