The cost of living here has almost double, but wages for Multnomah County employees have remained the same. The least you could do is give us our COLA every year without the union having to fight so hard for a whooping 2.2% of which they will tax at 50% because of the retro

It took me 20 years and a transfer and a promotion to get me withing spitting distance of the "median" income for Oregon, That means everyone hired behind me is making less. That seem like we're keeping pace with inflation and housing prices and food and fuel to you?
