I believe it is important to allow horse back riders public access to trails. As stated they are taxing paying citizens and derserve the right to ride on public trails the same as walkers, hikers and bicycle riders.

We currently trail ride on the Mission Creek Greenway and the reaction from people has been very positive. It puts smiles on peoples faces when they see "horse and rider." Especially the kids, almost like they have never seen a horse up that close. Their eyes go wide with a big smile, pointing at the horse.

Facilitate multiuse and embrace the strengths of diversity. Improve the surrounding communities with outdoor recreation and inclusion both domestic and foreign aka tourists to experience it in all its facets and glory of exclusion and subjecting another culture into debt and servitude and continuing to maintain the same headset in the 21st century.

Horses and their rider should have the same rights as dogs with their "pedestrians" and bicycles and their riders. Horses/riders are being discriminated against. This would not be allowed with any other user group.

Horses are constitutionally allowed on public roads and trails. As all animal owners, rules and regulations can be made and adhered to. Horse manure is not toxic, as dog's feces is. Horses require appropriate training, as do all other animals, however, back to responsible owners controlling their animals (whatever they may be) at all times. Full restrictive access is NOT constitutional and City Council should hear the taxpayers of Lake Country!
