The rail trail is the safest place to ride for beginners to advanced riders. Don't understand the logic of even trying to ban horses...

If the mission greenway can support horses than why can’t the rail trail

Although I don't live in the area, I may like to visit friends with horses that do. It would be nice to be able to ride. It's a lot safer than road riding, and when fire season is here, we don't want to ride in the forest trails.

Common sense should be used by all and the trail enjoyed by all.

Horses were here before cars and trains, best to give them back what they already had. Horses are safer than most dogs, are a tourist attraction, horse poop is not offensive like human or dog poop. They are environmentally friendly. They have the right to be on that trail more than people and dogs do.

Horses are recreation too and people want a place to experience and enjoy with their animals. No reason whatsoever to exclude these members of our families. They are a part of history don't forget!!

Equestrians deserve the same rights to access to trails, they pay taxes too! You will find that equestrians are willing to share the trails with all other users and provide another set of eyes and ears on the trail, making it safer for others!

We must keep our trails open to all users , as long as they respect the trail !

Huge disappointment that public trails are not inclusive. We don't want to be riding on unsafe roads. So many ways to create bridle trails alongside other trail users needs.

And, we spend a lot of money on our hobby which also helps the economy. Pls don’t ignore us.
