Dr at ELFT-
domestic staff are an integral part of the hospital environment and are essential in their roles for safe work places. What is more they offer genuine and positive interactions with patients that for many of our service users has been so important in their recovery and humanising the experience of being unwell and being in hospital.
I find it appalling to discover they are not being paid a wage that reflects the risks they take and excellent service they provide.
