I think ELFT has a responsibility to use its power to try to address inequalities where we can. We must learn from this pandemic otherwise people have died needlessly.

G4S workers (not staff) has been fantastic.
Aside the back dating of their salaries; their lunch in the canteen should be free all the time.
I support correct wages to these workers with immediate effect.

G4S Staff at Wolfson house were amazing during the peak of the pandemic. They worked extremely hard to keep the unit fairly safe and they deserve equal acknowledgment and the same minimum pay like every one.

Our domestic staff work SO hard without mental health training in highly volatile situations in the NHS. They aren't even paid sick leave! They always smile and they need a pay rise! Equal Rights & Justice for all workers!
