Ridiculous that we are treated differently than the secondary teachers. Same job same board same benefits. Fix this already.
long over due. stop cheating us out of what we earned.
My wife and I both teach and this has been a huge headache for our family budget. About time they catch up to the other boards.
UNION NEEDS TO STEP UP. THIS ISNT THE 1950S ANYMORE.
Totally unfair. Why should I have to waive my benefits just because my husband works here too? We both work hard.

Honestly I just want the same coverage as my friends in Halton. Simple as that.
