Sam Clark is an asset to the E. O Smith community. He has dedicated his time to EO, even before hired, through the crew team where he has made a significant positive influence on his athletes. He is the glue to our team, not only as a coach, but our mentor, he is a beloved coach- phenomenal English teacher, and an asset to the EO Smith community.

My daughter has recovered quite a bit from covid and her trauma from covid mainly due to her connection with the crew coach Mr. Clarke and team and is completely heartbroken over what's happening now with such a wonderful coach and teacher being let loose after he has connected with these students who are more fringe than most of the more popular sports students and teams.

Sam is one of the coaches with the best relationships with students that EO has ever had on staff. He has dedicated countless hours, both paid and unpaid, to the students of EO Smith over many years. This year, he completed his teaching certification course while teaching full time and coaching. He is a hard worker, trustworthy, and cooperates well with staff. It's a travesty that he's being overlooked and tossed away by administration.
