Background:
Residencia Entre Todas is an orphanage for girls in Santiago, Chile. Entre Todas is financially supported by a semi-government funded organization, CODENI.
After the recent election of the coalition government in Chile, it has become the intention of CODENI to close Residencia Entre Todas, damaging the lives of the 30 vulnerable girls that live there.
Petition:
I hereby register my support for Residencia Entre Todas.
Further, I request that CODENI reconsider their decision to withdraw funding from Residencia Entre Todas.

I spent the afternoon at the home talking with the girls and seeing how much this place truly means to their sense of safety. The bureaucracy at CODENI is difficult to navigate but I am persistent in my efforts to get a direct meeting with the board members in charge.

Seeing this level of support for the girls at Entre Todas leaves me completely overwhelmed. This momentum proves that people refuse to let these children lose their home.

Every child needs stability. closing this place is just cruel and shows how little they care about the most vulnerable.

Why do they always take money from where it is needed most? total nonsense. keep the residencia open.
