We opened a shop here and were told about the 50.000 footfall. I can tell you this is a load of rubbish. Because of the lies and deceit, we are now bankrupt. I would advise anyone thinking of opening a shop here, to think again!!

I personally would knock it down and have a bigger car park. I use the car park 4/5 times a week but never go into the shopping centre. I have gone into the shopping centre once recently to find someone to help me with ticket machine but it looked empty. I would never choose to shop in there as there is nothing in there worth seeing! Like I said car park is brilliant.

I have lived in Eastbourne for 7 years, and I have never heard of this place. My mum knows of it, and told me not to bother going as there is nothing there.

There is never anyone in this centre? There is no way there is 50,000 customers in here a month! Are they invisible? Ghosts? I would never open a business in this dead end centre. Maybe try the high street or look further out of town, as you will see more people.

I have many friends who have opened businesses in this centre, and have been treated badly. The centre manager is full of lies, and will tell you anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. 2 of my friends had a successful businesses before opening in this centre. Run away while you can!

I work here and foot fall is not as high as it could be. However there is potential for it to increase and the future is looking bright for the centre

The centre always seems empty when I go in here. I feel awkward walking around with no one else in the centre, but unhappy shop owners. Its very cold this time of year, and there seems to be no sign of improvement. It is a shame as this could be a really nice place if it was managed properly. If I was a business I would avoid this place.

I had a premises in there for 2 yrs.I also fell for the false promises of advertising which I paid an advertising levy of 3% weekly on top of the extortionate rent.Am being taken to court over money they say I owe.I would personally advise whoever thinks about using this premises for their business, think again.full of promises and no delivery.

I used to visit almost weekly for the Miniature Living Shop in the enterprise, but since it closed, i can't find a shop within the centre that attracts myself , my partner visits the upstairs guitar shop regularly, I'd love a shop of my own in there but anytime i visit it's so quiet.

I have been in this centre a few times, but I wasn't impressed as each time I went in there the shops would have moved and half of them seemed empty. When shopping in Eastbourne, my friends who LIVED or shopped a lot in Eastbourne didn't have any recognition of this place. While in the Enterprise Centre there were no customers in the shops or walking around. I tried going here the other day and I couldn't even get there as there wasn't any easy access, this put me off and I didn't even bother going in. This used to have more customers, as my nan knows of this place but now its been let go as there is no advertising for it and businesses are slowly disappearing. It wont be long till no businesses can survive in the Enterprise Centre.

I worked at enterprise carpets for 3 years and the footfall estimate was allways very over exaggerated .my old boss agreed with me and has now shut his shop and he had been there for atleast 15 years

What annoys me most with this shopping centre is that every month the shops change! Every time I have visited the place has been like a ghost town. Walking around the centre at 2pm in the afternoon and seeing no one but the unhappy shop owners! I hope things change for the better of Eastbourne!

I have always thought that the centre was closed. It always looks empty, and I hardly ever see anyone come in or out of it. I have used the car park on several occasions as it is in a convenient location, and admittedly used the ticket machine in the lobby and never entered the centre itself.
