The courts are a nightmare. They treat you like you are the problem instead of the victim. About time they learned how to actually handle these cases.

My ex twisted everything in court and the judge just sat there looking bored. Nobody should have to go through that when they are already suffering. Needs changing ASAP.

Hi, we understand this is also a huge issue that many boys face and we acknowledge that many boys struggle with this and agree that more attention needs to be focused on this issue. However, our petition is focused on how legal professionals need to get updated and mandatory training so that domestic abuse survivors do not have to face further victimisation. We understand both genders experience domestic abuse and our main goal is to ensure legal professionals are provided with a good standard of training so that the survivors have a positive experience in court.

the legal system is broken. lawyers have no idea how trauma works and they make it 10x worse for everyone involved. hope this helps fix it.

Boys need more help since there is NO and NONE programs for domestic abuse against boys by their mothers and other women. Boy's get raped by their mother and teachers and the women do not even get sent to jail, get probation or less than 2 years. Boys raped by teacher at age 12, she gets prison, and he gets court order to pay child support for a child he could not consent to conceive via sex with the teacher. Help boys first with funded government programs, stop othering boy victimized by women. A 9 to 15 year old cannot consent and "did not want it" when a 20 year old women GROOMS and RAPES the boy.
