How is this player not already in the Hall of Fame? Something I'm missing? Wow.

I remember Roger at Nebraska and San Francisco as an outstanding football player and person. His accomplishments on the field speak for themselves. It's time for him to be a HOFR!

Tag team of Rogers and Rathman should not only go down in San Francisco 49 history but NFL history their run was legendary

Roger was great! I will never forget the drive in the Super Bowl when every play was a run by Roger or Tom Rathman. Lead to a touchdown

Roger had 4 Pro bowls, 3 Super Bowl rings and was the NFL offensive player of the year in 1988.

I followed his career at NU and the Forty Niners. One of the greatest backs to play at both levels!

What more could he do? His accomplishments speak for themselves. Always acted like a true professional on and off the field.

Not sure how you keep a player like Roger out of the HOF who literally changed the RB positon and the game forever. 1st player EVER to receive and rush for 1000 yards in the same season! Period!

Craig was a great ‘Husker and a great “high-stepping” pro running back. It’s unbelievable he is not in the H of F. Lot’s of impactful players on those 49’er teams but Craig should be in based on where the rb position is today (pass catching)!

Craig's accomplishments speak for themselves! How is he not a HOF-class player?

What he did, in the era he did, and how he did unquestionably merits enshrinement.
