Put him in the Hall, first player to score 3 TD's in a Super Bowl.

I am both an avid Husker fan and a close follower of the late 80s and early 90s 49ers!

Roger Craig redefined the role of the running back. He was one of the most versatile backs of his era. The West Coast Offense the Bill Walsh ran was designed to take advantage of Rogers abilities. He could find the hole, and he would hit it hard with knees higher than any RB I had ever seen. Defenders he faced would be happy to tell you how much they hated trying to tackle him. And should we talk about his pass catching out of the backfield? Quite possibly there ever was. He was a class act on and off the field and an induction into the NFL HOF is long overdue. As a young boy growing up in Nebraska I idolized Roger in his days as a Husker. He and Tom Rathman are the reason I am a Niner fan to this day.

One of the greatest running backs to play the game. He set records. The fact that he isn't already in the HOF says more about the process/politics than it says about the man.
