We the undersigned withdraw our consent from the Dept. of Health to negotiate contracts without consulting all GPs giving us each an equal say in our own futures. The current means of negotiating the terms and conditions of our contract are no longer acceptable. Irish GPs are the only EU workers left who must be available to work 24/7/365 and have no way to change this. We consider this unlawful, unsafe, unjust and unsustainable.
