We need to spend 8 hours in Hua Hin before leaving to Krabi. Going to a cinema might be a good idea. But...... Noooo!!!! Almost all movies are in Thai

I have noted the same problem many times at the Major Cineplex in Market Village Hua Hin. I have often been unable to see a movie I wanted to see simply because it is not shown in its original language (English). Forget about all the great movies that come from other countries like France, Sweden, Germany and the Middle East. They will never be shown in Hua Hin and certainly not in their original language with English subtitles as we have it in the civilized world.

It's totally stupid to have an English film with Thai dubbing. Everest on 2 screens, 4 times a day and all Thai. Number of occupied seats at the 11am showing. I'll give you a glue. It's round and less than 1. Effective business management at its finest. My wife and daughter have gone to see Hotel Transylvania this evening. Yup! You guessed it...all showings in Thai. It's pathetic.

I understand there are only 4 cinemas which is the main problem but please do show movies with the original soundtrack. Please, please please.

Living in Hua Hin full time and I end up streaming everything at home instead. Major is losing so much money here it is unbelievable. Just put subtitles on the English films it isnt hard.

Ridiculous. Was so excited to see the new Marvel movie but walked in and saw it was dubbed. Walked right back out. Waste of time.
