If builder is not providing any low/moderate income housing, why should they get to build higher density, larger homes than the development plan permits? This higher density just adds to the burden of the infrastructure.

We need to stop the developers ownership of our city council and follow Poway’s General Plan and development codes which do not allow for this dense construction.

This development is way too densely populated. I am against this type of development that goes against our general plan. Poway is quickly loosing the character we all moved here to enjoy. Requesting that our city council and mayor protect Poway from this type of development and vote NO.
