It should be sufficient for developers to build according to our Poway General Plan and leave historic Metate Hill alone.

Traffic has become so bad from when walmart went from normal to super. Then they added a million ridiculous condos right on Poway rd. Poway CANNOT sustain any more apartments or condos. It is no longer enjoyable to live in the "city in the country"
This has got to stop now!.

Too much building in this small town. Hard to get in and out as it was, then 5 more properties were sold the past 2 years and inagatively impacted traffic, we have more drag racing on several streets, graffiti, vandalism and drug dealing, homeless. Poway keeps increasing taxes and water rates.... I feel "Sold out" by the people in office. Not the town I moved to 20 years ago

As residents of Poway, are we going to let nonresident developers continue to make OUR city THEIR city? Every time we drive down Poway Road, we are reminded of the control they have over our City Council which has become putty in their hands. Powegians can rise above by speaking up!

Poway road is already being overbuild, how will all the residence be able to get around with more cars and infrastructure to support them. Are you going to widen the roads?

Please stop over development..you have not planned properly. Traffic is already bad and you have already built and building hundreds of condo and apartments off of poway rd..I thought this was a city in the country where we could ride our horses freely. Please stop destroying our city for greed. Preserve it and it nature beauty.

This is already a densely populated area, adding more homes will only make the situation worse worse. There is simply not enough parking available along Oak Knoll Road!
