If we are needing to build high density housing anyway, city council needs to require Lennar to build low income/high density housing as required by state.

No more Lennar properties in Poway. We are no longer a 'City In The Country". I stopped shopping and dining in Poway because of all the traffic on Poway Rd. Too congested with only two lane roads on each side of Poway Rd., Pomerado Rd and Community Rd. Very disappointed in Poway's City Council.

I’ve lived here 31 years. Poway road now looks like an overpopulated overbuilt unplanned development. Any space has a bldg. on it
what happened to city in the country? It’s totally congested. I now take my business else where.
