Enforce the General Plan at Harmon Ranch

What is happening to our little town?!soon it will be worse then Mira Mesa Blvd!! We need to stop all the housing projects!!!

Please keep all lines of communication open so we the public are made aware of the plans the council and individuals are making on new development on behave of the citizens of our community!! The developments on Poway Rd. are unsightly not in keeping with the feel of the city!! Thank you for your work on behave of the average citizen!!

The developers should not be writing their own rules. They don’t have to live with the consequences. If our General Plan needs updating, let’s have community meetings and community input into the decisions about how Poway should grow.

Stop building in Poway. The building continues without any increase to public services, such as widening roads, new schools, etc. We need a decent grocery store, not more housing.

Enough is enough. It took me 10 minutes to drive from Pomerado to Silverset via Twin Peaks at 4pm yesterday. Poway Road will look like Mira Mesa Blvd. when people start moving in. Enough is enough!

I was not opposed to The Farm, and its original develop plans as presented to the public. I hated to see old Stoneridge go to ruin, and it sounded like the development would provide a beautiful alternative for the rest of Poway. It is now being altered in a way that doesn’t seem to be offering the same kind of Benefit. The public needs to know what their neighbors are going to build and how our beautiful city is going to be developed. We have lived in Poway for 35 years and love our community. It’s fair that we have a say for what will happen.

I am against this change.

I oppose the change in the specific plan to allow for more density and the development of the project on Oak Knoll! I’m a longtime Poway resident who owns a home in Oak Knoll. I’ve watched the traffic grow since 1993 and it’s already unbearable.

Stop taking shortcuts that run afoul of the reason for appropriate and fair notices. There has already been an egregious trampling of the spirit of "The City in the Country." "Democracy" has become "deMOCKracy" here.

So disappointed in our mayor and city council. And no, I did not vote for them.

Enforce the "City in the Country"...no more high density! The FARM disaster was the last straw!
