We are signing this petition as witness to numerous offenses to a Protection from Abuse Order that is filed in Elk County Pennsylvania at the Ridgway Courthouse protecting three individuals from ANY abuse including electronic monitoring, harassment, communication by third party, and attempts to stalk, harm or harass Mary P Luchini, Shelby A Harlan and Thomas T Siegel from the actions of Nathan C Jones of Houtzdale, PA Clearfield County.

An emergency Protection Order was placed on Dec. 30th of 2013 in the Elk County Courthouse in Ridgway Pennsylvania to protect the above named individuals after an occurence on the evening of December 25th - morning of December 26th involving physical altercations between the two parties. This order was then finalized for a period of 3 years and has been contempted on a DAILY BASIS EVER SINCE!

200 violations of electronic monitoring were turned in to the District Attorney's office and several attempts were made in person by the offender to attempt to locate Mary P Luchini against this order.

The offender was already in Elk County Jail 2 times for contempt of this order previous to Mary having to leave the area due to his constant and daily public actions of stalking, monitoring and numerous attempts to persuade his children, whom also have a protection order, to try to contact her on his behalf.

By signing this petition, you are acting as witness that you have either seen digital evidence of stalking, monitoring, or attempts to contact her or her children.

You have been contacted by this individual in an attempt to find her with or without a response.

Please add your comment to your signature for the Judge and the District Attorney to review and to finally act on this individual who is still hacking, monitoring and harassing persons about this matter.
