This petition is to lobby the government for funding to facilitate a research group that experiments with alternative energy ideas. What is required is only a very small percentage of green energy funding/grants to go towards alternative energy research. Ideas such as water fuel technology, permanent magnet motors and electromagnetic over unity devices have great potential for economical electrical power generation and need to be explored on a professional level.
