Final supporters
There are currently around 14,000 + students in our schools, 5400 of which come from the win-win program. Right now we are over capacity for around 250ish students,the math seems pretty clear. Please look at the current map regarding the schools and locations that we pull/put students in on the districts website for further explanation. Westerville City is now considering redistricting within because we do not have enough seats for our own students to go to their original home schools.
The Win-Win program essentially recieves monies by selling off 'seats' to out of district students. While we get the money, the schools who need it to improve themselves go without. However, if these monies are given to the out of district schools in need, we could improve out of district schools and eliminate the need for our own students to have to be redistricted. If you would like to put an end to the "Win-Win" Program in Westerville City Schools please sign below.

The momentum behind this fight proves that parents are sick of the district prioritizing cash over our own children. Westerville City Schools leadership can no longer hide behind their maps while our kids lose their seats to outsiders. This is only the beginning of forcing them to put our students first.

my kids are in classes packed to the walls. it is impossible for them to get the right amount of attention with these numbers. time to put the residents first.
Ridiculous that we are being pushed out of our own neighborhood schools for out of district kids. Stop selling our seats
