We, the undersigned, demand that Parma's winter parking ban be repealed. The ban, which lasts from 2:00 A.M. through 6:00 A.M. every night from November 1st through April 15th, is frequently enforced when there is no snow on the ground, no threat to public safety, no forecast of snow, and no obstruction to winter service vehicles. The ban deters travel and overnight stay to our city, deters commerce, and is dissimilar to the pragmatic parking bans of neighbor cities, where the ban is based on snow accumulation and not on a static calendar/time period. -Angry citizens
