Its about time to remove this ignorant / illegal paperwork to enjoy the rights given to law abiding US citizens in the state of Illinois.

The FOID cars is nothing more than a revenue stream for the state. It serves no safety pourpose for the general public. If it doesn’t serve or protect it is not needed. Just another tax, and it is unconstitutional.

It is pointless and infringes especially when you have to wait for it. We shouldn’t have to pay for our rights and Illinois is the only state with this extra unconstitutional cost.

Should ELIMINATE this ridiculous, worthless card. Its nothing but a tax. Only Illinois and I believe Massachusetts require it. I'm sure all the gangbangers have one.

No other State takes as long as Illinois it’s sad when criminals own guns faster then normal hard working citizens with clean backgrounds
