As a carer it’s absolutely ridiculous to get about to where I need to go with these barriers in place . Doesn’t help with traffic at all either .

I live on little hay road it’s totally unnecessary very hard for us to travel and pick and drop kids from school they always late from school because of this so called Ltn

Blocks residents routes. Ridiculous for residents who need to drive to work and go alternative longer ways upping pollution and bills. Work too far to cycle as option. Pay taxes for roads but can't use them. Blocks access to businesses around area like shops and barbers etc. Causes pollution and traffic elsewhere.
Makes bus services go alternative routes.
Blocks emergency services!
Councillors who propose this don't even live here.

The Traffic load is very high on cowley road after closing all streets. Pick and drop of children from school is a nightmare. Long queues on cowley Road. The travel time used to 5 to 10 minutes before LTN's. After LTN's it gone up from 10 minutes to 25 minutes.

A self defeating measure which attacks working people and families who drive, causing unnecessary disruption, congestion on the main roads and junctions, to no end.
Safety can be achieved in other ways e.g. crossings, education, etc...
This coupled with the proposed parking permits and the zero emissions zone which will undoubtedly be extended, is an unprecedented assault on motorists in Oxford, already one of the most expensive cities in the UK to live in.

Sort out hmos, provide cheap adequate public transport, and fine buses if out of their timing slots-to reduce tail to tailing - think about putting in a tram system. Mend the potholes properly, by doing whole strips of road and no patching

While I can understand a traffic calming system on a residential street, especially in a school area, to block off a street(s) completely is absurd!

We pay road tax so we can drive and park our cars .Now the Oxfordshire County council bringing parking permit scheme around oxford £65 per car every year on top bringing all these restrictions to take away our freedom.

Causing more traffic down the grates and adding journey times on to any travel as only able to leave and come into my road by Crowell road getting to the bypass is taking me 15 mins at least to even get access to it and then being stuck in traffic as everyone else in the area is in the same position with having to go one way to get anywhere within oxford. Littlemore road is a main road not a rat run!!!

I’m a single parent in Littlemore and what was once a 5 min drive for my parents to reach me from Cowley has now become a 10 minute trip this goes past inconvenience it’s dangerous minutes count we I rely on them for support and them on me! It’s created more traffic also these few days have literally proven it! No traffic or air pollution there just traffic in serval other places now and longer trips causing multiple times the amount of air pollution. There’s honestly not even 1 good reason for these blockades not 1!!!

This is causing far more pollution - I sat for a long time on between towns road at the traffic lights onto Henley avenue with other cars all engines running . This usually moves freely
