Very stupid decision to close road for the cyclists who even don’t pay for road tax

Since retiring I’ve struggled to find suitable places to race my car. Putting in the LTNs mean that I can no longer cut through residential streets at forty miles an hour to get to the off license to buy a pasty. I support the removal of these ltns and while we’re at it we should remove the speed bumps and put a road through Florence park .

I work as a key worker and it’s taking me 25 minutes extra to get to a patient that needs serious medical help These roads being closed off are causing a serious problem for the ambulance service that save people’s lives and other emergency services

This is not a practical idea and will cause more traffic on the main roads and big inconvenience for everyone

You couldn't make this up! Cowley home of the motor car. Proud heritage from William Morris who did so much for the area. Fast forward to 2021 - Labour Council building barriers, blocking roads, splitting communities. Cars not welcome. Eventually people out of lockdown, some with money to spend, decide to shop elsewhere - where they are wanted and can easily get to and, hence, the possible death of Templars Square. End this nonsense now, pack the barriers away and stop killing Cowley or people trying to get to the J.R. Longer journeys, gridlocked roads are not the answer. The City Council want to reduce the air pollution in the city centre but are deliberately increasing it where the people live!

Church cowley rd has become full of high emissions, speeding and illegal pavement parking... so that Florence park residents can have peace and quiet?.. how’s that democracy?....

Absolutely no need

As an elderly lady suffering with osteoarthritis, I rely on my friends to drive me places for shopping or visiting places. No thought is given for my age group with these unfair road closures.

These LTNs are not solving any problems just causing confusing chaos and issues on other roads.

It’s bad decision to block road it hassle and difficult for residents to travel and make rest of road to busy in peak time

We pay are Road tax every year we should be allowed to us all roads not the ones oxford city Council won't as to use.
