The scheme does not serve its purposes. The closure of roads in Cowley / Littlemore is not well-thought through and unwise. Getting from Littlemore to Cowley Center and neighbouring Blackbird Leys became so much more inconvenient and time consuming, not even mentioning extra fuel and traffic jams. Rose Hill Road and Oxford Road in Littlemore, as well as their side roads, are not equipped to handle extra traffic.

In 40 years of living in Oxford, this is the worst traffic scheme ever implemented, with longer journeys for everyone, it means more congestion and pollution for everyone. It is going make everyone's life a misery.

Now a three hundred metre drive is taking me over ten minutes. My able body teenage children who live just under a mile from school have to walk there. This is a disgrace - I can’t understand why we would ever consider trying to make people rethink their options on travel. The plus side is that I do get to spend more time in my car

New cowely LTNs move is not good very disturbing this bringing more traffic on mains road and more delays.

These barriers don't solve problems. They just move it elsewhere causing more congestion, pollution and time wasted. If you want to encourage people out of cars then make public transport reliable and affordable.

The LTN on Littlemore Road will ruin businesses in Temple Cowley. As a local resident in Littlemore I will be forced out across the ring road and Iffley Road to visit Temple Cowley shops. I just won't bother and especially at peak times.

the worst idea city OCC could implement ever, moving traffic from one place to another making pollution even bigger somewhere else by increasing traffic, making cars stand in longer queues on other streets (polluting even more) Where is the logic? Lets face it people will not move to public transport is to expensive, unreliable plus with pandemic going on unsafe. introducing the road humps to slower the traffic in those areas would be better in my opinion.

I am a local resident living on Shelley Road. I can't drive on Rhymers lane to get out of Cowley. I have noticed more congestion on Oxford Road since the LTN was put in place on Rhymers Lane and many other roads. I believe that LTNs are more suited to small narrow streets not main roads like Bartholomew Road, Florence Park or Rhymers lane or even Crowell Road. I feel like we are being isolated from other neighbourhoods and outside residents are being alienated from Oxford. Who ever voted for these LTN boulders are not thinking about the majority of people but only for themselves and what suits them.

Make the journey 10x longer and just causing more pollution. Makes everything harder and longer to get to

The introduction of the road closures is having a significant impact to getting out of Eastern Avenue with increased traffic & I am unable to turn left to go to Cowley Centre now which requires me to turn right across the congested traffic l.

All this does is to increase traffic for someone else and who says there is a problem anyway
