End traffic barriers in Littlemore and Cowley

Longer journey having to take alternative routes through congested main roads, wasting fuel and increased emissions.

Not considered the residents who live in the area. Only one way out of Cowley onto a busy Rose Hill/Littlemore roundabout. Longer journeys more emissions.

Ridiculous idea.

Who are the numpties who come up with these poor, money wasting schemes. Get rid of these LTNs ASAP!

Get rid of the bastardinf thing

Increased mileage, increased pollution. Impracticable consultation form. Minority win over majority. No enforcement of previous existing traffic signs.

Stop this useless scheme which turns more difficult the life of the healthcare professionals supporting elderly people in those areas.

There really never was a problem with traffic in Cornwallis Road. Now that there is less traffic the cars using the road travel more quickly. People have to travel further to reach their homes, leading to increased congestion in other places and increased emissions. An utterly stupid solution to a non existent problem.

I drive these areas every day.we Need to use all of the side roads to avoid longer journeys which will mean higher cost to the resident we work for. The main roads we get more congested. Al a bad outcome.

The barriers around Littlemore and cowley is no good to the community is causing so much traffic and more emissions is polluting the environment as motorist spend much time in traffic

At very least the scheme should allow local Cowley residents to pass through all these barriers (which could be enforced by signs, or if that failed, by number plates).

Take away the littlemore road one. No direct access to cowley centre and blackbird leys.

It's a nightmare as a delivery driver. Not to use as shortcut, but to find my way around these lovely barriers

I don't believe you care about children safety, you want people to stop owing cars. It is mean, considering how expensive are buses in Oxford. Shame on you

Ridiculous I’ll thought through scheme. What will happen when traffic returns to normal? Terrible for employers in the Cowley area when business is hard enough as it is.
