Too many LTNs in a relatively small area, well excessive, puts a lot of traffic on already busy roads.

A car journey to the John Allen retail park was 1.3 miles return journey, it is now 3.2 miles return. How does this help reduce pollution!!!

LTN scheme is putting more pressure on already busy roads. It takes us much longer to travel around. I live in rosehill and Work near marsh park. It takes me double the time it used to.

This new scheme has caused so much problem already, don’t forget we are still in look down, once everything gets back to normal, hopefully some time soon we will be back to normal every day life, once every thing gets back to normal, things will get even worse and their will be chances of gridlock on main roads and surrounding, in this case I personally think noise pollution etc will increase.
I’m personally against this new scheme so I hope county council will reconsider before taking this scheme a step ahead.
Even this new cpz zone is not a good idea, specially around Cowley and surroundings, specially when people are facing financial difficulties during current pandemic, it’s just an extra expense people have to pay forcefully when it’s already difficult for people to meet their financial needs during this current pandemic. Because as we all know some people have lost their job during this pandemic they are already struggling to live their every day life and afford their every day needs which are essential and they can’t compromise on them, things like food, bills etc. I strongly suggest county council should reconsider of this new CPZ scheme too, and do a consolation again once every thing is back to normal.
Many thanks

I can not access my home because of the new LTA, I am now forced to go around the ring road. As I am disabled, I am unable to walk or cycle. This new LTA discriminates against Disabled People!

This caused extra traffic around neibourhood areas , long queues and more pollution . Mornings there is congestion stretch between Oxford road/ Iffley and Rose hill roundabout. It took more time to go to work and drop kids to school - I have to reduce my working hours (reflected salary) because not been able to manage with school drop off/ pick up on time . Meanwhile council tax goes up.

As a carer for my blue badge holder husband who uses a wheelchair these road closers are stopping us from visiting the local shops public transport is out of the question as the buses that pass oxford park homes do not go anywhere near cowley the closest they go to is rosehill the council really hasn't consulted the wider community

I understand what Oxford or county council is doing but blocking most of these roads are creating extra traffics on Cowley/Oxford road. If you are going are around and driving extra miles that’s not going to make the city greener anyway.

I have to drive around Oxford every day as well as hundreds of other professional carers to visit elderly and disabled. This work is not a matter of walk or bike any more. Council(s) are stretching the pound and pushing us to do as many visits as possible within as little time as possible. Many "zero hour contract" carers are not paid for any travel times or gaps in between visits, yet we are expected to be anywhere in 6 minutes on average. Now to all that madness of rush and neverending roadworks they have added these roadblocks deliberately! Functional traffic in the city is as important as circulating blood in a body. Roadblocks are unnecessary clots leading to strokes and heart attacks. Yes, few locals would have quieter street, but in a long run it will turn some city areas into "deadly quiet zones" with life and business disappearing. (Walton Street in Jericho is an example and memento.)

I think that this action will not reduce traffic as stated but will instead overload alternative main roads.
I have not seen any evidence as to who these rat runners are or where they are going or why therefore there is no evidence that these actions will lead to a reduction in road use. Not everyone are able to ride bikes or use public transport for their needs
