End traffic barriers in Littlemore and Cowley

These are displacing traffic, increasing pollution & causing congestion and additional commute times, frustration for those outside of our local area too. No infrastructure in place to live improve traffic flow . Poorly considered

This has increased the length of journeys I take and is the same for many others I have spoken too. It has increased the traffic on the roads. It does nothing for the environment as we all just sit in traffic with our engines on!!!

There are clearly stationary traffic jams outside my house since LTNs came into force. The introduction of the LTN in Florence Park is an exclusive ,divisive and unfair attempt at gentrification of a small area at the expense of others. I strongly object and would like to see them removed.

It’s absolutely ridiculous, the amount of traffic this has caused in the afternoons is insane! If I need to visit my elderly grandmother I have to drive completely out of my way just to get to her now!

Removr the LTNs and reopen the roads...

I really don’t understand why it creates more traffic going alternative routes.

It is inconvenient to have to drive to Hillsborough Road via the Iffley Road. I have to drive through more streets to get to my destination. Surely this is creating more traffic to those roads.

This dumb scheme has turned 10 minute trips into hours in the car every day. Work and school trips are ridiculous now and waste huge amounts of fuels stuck in traffic that never used to exist. Gas leak today that resulted in hundreds of cars (probably thousands) standing in traffic for hours. What pollution! Never mind if a fire truck was needed. Stop wasting our money and give us our streets back!

So stupid and dangerous. Had a gas leak in the area this morning and spent (so far) 2 hours in my car in east oxford. No chance for emergency vehicles to get through. Causes huge traffic jams every morning and evening, causing more pollution and wasted time than anything else you could have wasted our money on.

I have two children at different schools which start school and finish minutes apart . Making one of them always late and the other left to be the last person outside school at the end of the day now the LNTs are in place ! usually i would use crescent road as a cut through making them both on time and picked up on time . Also I work in domiciliary giving care to the community daily. Some clients need important medication at specific times . We are struggling to reach these clients at the times required!

Remove them there coursing nothing but hassle to everyone

Very dangerous, and very hard for binmen and other services to get through, also as a household in the area, traffic is a nightmare even worse than before.

These schemes disproportionately benefit a minority and disbenefit the majority. Public transport improvements and cross county/city segregated cycleways need to be implemented before these closures could have any impact on congestion.

Try thinking of our environment while we are all sat in time wasting traffic jams polluting the area.

I live in one of the places now enjoying 2x the traffic and angry drivers.

churchcowley has been turned into a complete NIGHTMARE has is Holloway, to add to that we also have a man selling cars down here as a private concern making it worse by taking all the available parking spots and getting out of our Drive is a nightmare to.
