End traffic barriers in Littlemore and Cowley

Annoying

I am completely against this ill conceived policy as it stops civil liberties. Totally unacceptable

We need to access these areas for our Customers so having no access is detrimental to our business.

Get rid all LTN

I live in cowley and it takes me 30 additional minutes to arrive home from work (outside Oxford) so no, I cannot bike to work

Cars are in jams on Iffley road and st Clements so the ltn is increasing pollution!

Please end the LTNs. The roads are now more dangerous and the queues are ridiculous, causing so much stree

I am a local resident living in an area adjacent to Cowley. However since the introduction of the LTNs my bus journeys have got longer, there is more traffic and it is taking longer to get my child to school along more polluted roads on public transport! Surely this defeats the purpose of the LTNs! I use the bus and it is making what used to be a straightforward quick journey much more challenging with a small child in tow. If the public transport is slowed down too then this is a complete mess. What about local tradesmen, emergency services, midwives doing home visits, carers and those who simply can’t use public transport for very valid reasons? How are parents supposed to get to some of the central Oxford schools if they live outside Oxford to do school drop offs and collects? The LTN schemes need to be scrapped they are making people miserable! I am also concerned that in a time of economic crisis local businesses are going to lose money, delivery drivers will be able to do fewer deliveries etc. It seems very unwise to implement this scheme.

I heard a councillor say they have to think out of the box...... Really,? Sticking flower pots in the middle of roads is not thinking out of the box. All these roadblocks have done is to put all the pollution on the main roads and the poor residents living on these roads have endless traffic and pollution. Oxford City Council stop wasting our hard earned money on pathetic ideas!

More emissions due to the LTN as people sitting in traffic, nightmare around divinity road

Need to take them out causing more traffic jams then ever 30 minutes to get from rosehill to oxford spires school but before 5-10 minutes in the morning Cowley center is a joke. Get kids to school late coz these blocked off roads.

This has just made congestion worse! The road outside my children’s school is now heavier and more dangerous than ever... I can’t understand how having idle traffic is supposed to bring down levels of air pollution either.

I am a driving instructor and find the Barriers so inconvenient because of the traffic it causes on the main roads. Please abolish these and free up the roads they were designed to be used. Please

Traffic barriers in Littlemore and Cowley are a pointless and misguided exercise. While the traffic in the LTN areas decrease, the traffic and thereby traffic jams increase on the main roads. They also cause more pollution as journey times increase for everybody concerned.

Traffic gridlock, air pollution, and utter chaos. I'm signing on behalf of all those that cannot just jump on their bicycle.

Nightmare that these are in place. All for green/low emissions but not in favour of these stupid barriers

The traffic in Hollow Way is just crazy. As a community Midwife the LTN has increased my petrol consumption + time between home visits
