This is an act which should be condemned by everyone. Strict action to be taken against those involved. Make such an example out of them that none of this ever happens to anybody else in the future ever again.

I Condemn this act which was done by the mob. I demand that justice must not be delayed and to punish the culprit with a capital punishment.

This is how law and order works in our country and here we are signing petitions as we respect and trust our Constitution. A sign won't change system but Here's a small step by me.
