It is ridiculous that they have a fireworks display so close to the SPCA the animals in the kennels must have been petrified. As beautiful as Fireworks are they are not worth the risk

I'm tired of seeing the injuries to animals and children, not to mention the fire risk. Clearly the public are unable to restrict their activities to the designated areas, so the only option is to ban them.

Unfortunately the animals do suffer at human hands. Such a waste of money is it worth all the trauma subjected to these defenseless animals??

High time this practice is banned. In our area, despite the fact that it is illegal to let off fireworks in a residential area, the people care less and their kids started long before 5th November. A total disregard for the damage, destruction and devastation caused. Fireworks should be banned and the police should be more vigilant especially in residential areas where the poor animals are badly affected.
