Only legal pyrotechnic events should be allowed. All other fireworks use should be illegal and prosecuted accordingly.

From raw materials, during manufacture, whilst shipping, during use, after use, a huuuuuge problem. Why do we still allow import and use of fireworks. Often crime goes undetected with the loud bangs. People need to be educated to stop using these destructive things. Why not music, led lights, family outings instead?
