School is like our second home. So is that what we teach boys? To objectify and think so degrading about girls' bodies which are strong in giving birth to a new life? Or to bring up everyone as liberal citizens?

Although I live in Australia and we are stuck with uniforms. I think this dress code isn't doing anything. It is only telling girls/women to cover and not show there bomb bodies.

I definitely am signing this. By telling us to change so boys don't get destracted is saying boys educations are more important then us girls.

We're bringing it back! Starting on Monday, we're trying to get students and anyone else that is supportive of this cause to incorporate a red 'A' into their outfit, like what was done here:
http://www.postandcourier.com/article/20150929/PC16/150929249
For those of you who don't get the reference, this is based off of the novel 'The Scarlet Letter' by Nathaniel Hawthorne. The main character gives birth to and raises a child out of wedlock and is forced to wear a scarlet letter 'A' ( 'A' for adultery) to shame her. Now, the scarlet letter 'A' has come to almost symbolize sin (an immoral act). Now isn't that what they're telling us wearing our shorts and leggings is? Immoral? Wear your 'A' with pride! :)

Sorry, I accidentally deleted a comment that I particularly liked. It said something along the lines of 'If our clothing is distracting someone, we're not the problem. The person sexualizing us is the problem.' Thank you, to whomever wrote that. Sorry! :/
