They suspend my account accusing me am selling fake tiffany out of 400 plus great feedback for only 3 people complain about authenticity of my tiffany they reboke my account !!! Frustrated not only that i have 800$ plus in my fund and they hold it until 90 days .. ridiculous business practice!!!! Been selling in ebay for 5 years for tiffany with top rated seller with no problem at all

Mercari canceled 2 of my $80 sales. Buyers received the items but, didn't confirm. So they got free items and i'm out of $160

Mercari has stolen my funds, helped a buyer scam me, and after I contacted them continuously via email, Twitter, and phone (since it’s a hidden method of contact apparently).
They went on to block my account for prohibited activity versus resolving the problem. No warnings were issued like they claimed, because no violations occurred.
They are inefficient and block accounts as they please when they fnck up and fail to conduct their app accordingly, all the material listed on th app — EX: seller protection policy = FALSE ADVERTISING ..it doesn’t exist.
I could go on and on about the theft and misconduct Mercari encourages and engages in. I have screenshots, emails, and all.. but I’ll sum it up with two words: LEGAL ACTION.

I am a 5 star seller and Mercari had suddenly deleted my account and refused to release my funds of about $400 to $500 based on phony accusations. They only give vague replies when questioned about their way of running their business. How could scammers like Mercari make over $1 billion in 3 years time? The answer lies in scamming sellers, stealing money by false accusations and protecting scamming customers.

Mercari sells many counterfeit items from clothing to makeup electronics and gold I bought a gold chain the seller claimed to be real I bought it. Once I got it through mail I took the chain to have it acid tested at a jewelry store it came out fake. I wrote mercari support asking for a return they asked for proof that it was fake like a authenticity note. I asked the jewelers for proof that the chain was fake they couldn’t give me none because they didn’t do that. A jeweler said I had to pay 50 to 100 to have it professionally tested and to get a professional letter. I was not going to pay 50 to 100 for a letter so I made a note saying the chain was fake and send it to mercari. Mercari ended up paying the seller in full denied my return and suspended my account. The support team didn’t help at all.
I got scammed and robbed. Mercari is a thief. Beware of this app.

My account has been sespended. I was accused of selling counterfeit items. I unable to communicate with my current customers. My reputation as a seller has been damaged by Mercari! Not-existent customer service. Worst experience ever!

Woke up this morning and My Mercari account items are wipe out with my information. Nothing showing . I'm confuse. Not even email from Mercari. My transactions been perfect. I never buy from Mercari, but I do sell things.
