They literally just suspended my account with close to $1000 and won’t let me get my money. It’s monday and they won’t let me get my money from my old transactions !!!!! I can’t believe this right now. I’m definitely gonn call a lawyer if they don’t give me my money

Have charged n charged me, over n over and I Do Not. Know. What these charges are n why....I went from 910.00 to 274.00. Before even noticing....i never thought this could be legal...I m going to the law....something is very wrong...with my money....and have lost money....lots......

Mercari all of a sudden permanently suspended my account after noticing how my account has "suspicious activity", and that was only when I listed my first item for sale. On top of that, I recently paid for an item and it turns out the seller is a scammer so now I can't ask for a refund. Mercari itself is a scam with a bunch of other scams inside of it!

Mercari always cancels my deposits once I sell stuff. I have to wait for so long and end up with nothing.

Site is very unprofessional with no explanation for any concern. Make up rules and guidelines as they go. Very shady site and will not allow my wife to put money into our own account due to the fact we live in the same household. I would get rid of these scammers ASAP!!!

Had been using Mercari for almost 3 years as a buyer and seller, with 5 star ratings. Have been using the same address and payment options the whole time, and tried buying something, only to be told my account was terminated due to suspicious payment activity. I was in the process of shipping something but I'm hoping i'll be able to get my money before my account is shut down. I messaged them asking what was wrong and I would be willing to provide any information to prove there was no suspicious activity - all I got was an automated message saying they were shutting it down. So mad at being treated like that after being on that site for so long. They really do not treat their users correctly - they need to answer for how they treat people.

They suspended my account because they said I was selling fake products which they were not I had 200 dollars in my account I ended up transferring the money into my account and they refuse to give me money they told me to wait 60 days I did then I messaged them and from there I got no response this company needs to be shut down for taking people's money there are so many story's on them they literally took my money this is so wrong and illegal when are these people going to be shut down??im so horrified by this they need to seriously be shut down what there doing is illegal

Regardless if you be banned of multiple accounts or not, i have a balance of least $1000 on it. They don't have the right to keep your funds. They're due for a class action law suite

They suspend my account and refused to give me my 200 hundred dollars I had made. The told me 90 days and after I waited 90 days I messaged them again. They claim the was sending it but still haven't received it and this time they wipe my whole account out. Like I never had one

I had a perfectly fine account. Nothing but 5 star ratings, and one day out of nowhere, they suspended me and took my $400 from my sale! :'(

Someone bought my item and sold it before even paying me. Then when I needed to cancel a transaction nobody answered after I messaged them on Facebook, instagram and twitter.
Took money going toward my tuition.
