Mercari Customer Service is practically impossible to get in touch with, they suspend people’s accounts for no reason and keep any money the Seller made, also allow vindictive Feedback and fraudulent sellers.

I shipped a valuable collectible knife and mercari cancelled the order after I shipped the item. They told the buyer to keep the item and not worry about paying me for it and I have the email they sent the buyer that has them saying to keep the item and not pay for it!! They refused to help me get paid when the buyer was still willing to pay!! I don’t even know how they (mercari) are able to run this kind of a business.

Mercari has suspended me indefinitely and won’t give me a reason why! Now they’re saying they need to verify my identity and want my ssn and drivers license information. I still can’t get my money from my account! There’s zero customer service and I want my money back!

Scammers deleted my account for no reason and no response so I threatened legal action and they deleted all the messages between us so I no longer had proof of the discrimination. I did their verify crap but now I'm scared because they have my ss number and d.o.b. and a pic of my driver's license.
